My recent visits, both on busy weekends and quieter weekday mornings, have consistently highlighted this exceptional atmosphere. The feeling is less like a commercial transaction and more like a homecoming. This welcoming ambiance is largely due to the incredible team, and one individual in particular stands out: Veeda. Though I only recently learned her name, Veeda's kindness has been a constant presence during my visits. She consistently goes above and beyond to make my family feel valued and special. Even on a recent crowded day, when she couldn't directly assist us due to the long line, her wave and smile demonstrated a genuine care that transcends mere service. That same day, a minor issue arose with our order. When I sought assistance, it was Veeda who stepped in, even without a manager present. Her response, "Hey! I missed you all. We don’t have a manager on duty, but I can help you with whatever you need, friend," was profoundly touching. This exemplifies the empathetic, genuine care that makes Dieci Pizza truly exceptional. Veeda embodies the ideal of exceptional customer service. Her ability to maintain a cheerful disposition amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy establishment is inspiring. She’s a testament to the enduring power of kindness in our fast-paced world. We ordered two pizzas online from Dieci tonight - our first time trying the new restaurant! We tried the Margherita and the special, which was listed as a sausage, arugula, white truffle oil, cherry tomato pizza. However, what we received was quite different than what was listed online - mushrooms, basil, balsamic glaze, cherry tomatoes, and sausage. Luckily, it was still very good and we love anything with balsamic glaze! A little pricey for pizza, and important to get the order right/update the description online if it’s not the true special of the day - hence the four stars. Still, it’s so nice to have a more authentic Neapolitan style pizza option in Pensacola, and I’d argue it’s the best pizza we’ve had in the city. We will definitely be back!

This is one of my favorite pizza places in the U.S. The quality from ingredients to preparation and baking is excellent, and the pizza sauce is exceptionally well-made. I personally enjoy it a lot. The ambiance is decent, though the service could use some improvement. Strengthening the service would make the experience even better.

Mel saved the day! We were seated in the back dining room close to the pizza oven, and waited 10 - 15 minutes for someone to serve us. One server, Mel, waited on three tables around us but did not wait on us. I snagged her and asked who our server was. She proceeded to wait on us conscientiously and admirably. Another couple left because whoever was assigned to both of our tables did not wait on us. And... Our pesto pizza with added bacon was delicious!! Thank you, Mel!

Got a Half Margarita/ Half Americano for takeout and it has to be the best pizza I’ve had in a VERY LONG time!!! Crust is amazing, cheese is amazing, and the garlic oil was a perfect dipping sauce to finish off the crusts with!

Ordered a Pizza to try after Christmas Parade 2025. Was ready in ten minutes and very tasty. Will be back to get a bigger pizza and to try other items

Went on a Saturday early evening. Our server, AJ, was great. he pizza was the best I've had in Pensacola! One of our group ordered German food, spatzle, and we had a medium pretzel. We had the Sophia Loren pizza. Food came out fast. Positive experience all the way around. We were able to resist the desert offerings, but they looked great. Of note, the Dieci Italian/pizza restaurant and the Bravaria restaurant are the same place. Great work AJ, thank you
